Directed by Seyed Vahid Hosseini Nami, Iranian short movie Distorted Memories Of A Lake made its way to the competition section of Croatian Smaragdni Eco Film Festival (SEFF).
Screening 20 short movies in the competition section, the festival will be held on June 2-10 in Kostajnica, Croatia.
The movie revolves around a message: In 2029, the world loses its lakes and people lose their memories.
The movie has so far attended a number of international film events, including 32nd Tehran International Short Film Festival, Roshd International Film Festival, US Wiper Film Festival and Golden Panda North America International Short Film Festival.
Smaragdni eco film festival is an annual event showcasing independent feature and short films with ecological topic from around the world in Kostajnica, Croatia. The festival is open to all genres, including fiction, documentary, short, animation, music video with running time until 15 minutes.
